It’s starting to feel real. Electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler permits are approved and rough-in carpentry complete. Work to close in the roof has started, which means interior insulation is a go.…

Wow it’s been a busy few weeks. We’ve moved in with family until the Eichler is ready, and had a whirlwind of changes around the house.…

We have concrete poured in the bathrooms, which means the final pieces of framing are now in place. …

It’s been a busy few weeks and we have a big Eichler update today. We have exterior Densglass, plumbing roughed-in, initial electrical work, and we are well into a new roof structure. Wheww!…

Loads of great news this week – they’ve lifted massive steel beams onto the roof and we’ve passed our first plumbing inspection. The weight has been lifted 😉…

Despite the rain, the SPDB team has made great progress this week, adding new sheathing to the newly framed walls. Demo continues in the bathrooms, and we start to see structural improvements and openings…
