The interior finishing touches are starting to arrive, as bathrooms are prepped for waterproofing and floor tile is laid.
Omar, our landscaper has also been busy building the front fence and gate. Finishing touches will include new gate hardware and a wood stain to mimic the Henrybuilt Walnut cabinet color.
We are waiting for a few issues to be rectified with Henrybuilt so that we can have the countertops templated. There were some installation hiccups that have caused some rework to happen. Happily, the team is already working on solutions, but we are assuming a delay in schedule. Our new move in date is looking more like mid to late October now.
