Healthy Overnight Oats

December 2, 2017

I absolutely have to have a hearty breakfast every morning, so my overnight oats are a great solution. In a mason jar, these oats travel well to the office and only take a few minutes to make.

These overnight oats are easy to prep on a Sunday for a week of delicious, healthy, and filling breakfast treats.

Flavor ideas:

  • Cherry Berry: Use a small scoop of cherry preserves and fresh blueberries, topped with a drizzle of honey.
  • PB+J: Add in a tablespoon of a nut butter and a tablespoon of a low-sugar jam or preservers for a PB+J oat jar.
  • Maple Pumpkin: Swap the honey for real maple syrup, and use a scoop of pumpkin puree.
