Big news this week as all the skylights and Eichler siding has been installed. We also have primed and painted walls and ceilings.
The only missing pieces of glass are the front door and master bedroom sliding door. Both items arrived with a few faults, but our awesome team is working to resolve the issues with All Weather next week to (finally) get our house weather tight. Wheww.
Also, the much anticipated backyard demo has been completed and the crazy bamboo is gone! The SPDB team worked fast and graded the entire yard in just 2 days.
We have plans to start with a backyard fence for privacy now, and then gradually tackle exterior landscaping projects in the next weeks.
