No glass, no windows, no walls – no problem. Ready for inspections now that the new plumbing and drainage is prepped.
The pace at which the SPDB team moves is insane! All of the new framing, new sheathing, and foundation repair work is now complete. They’ve also completed all of the rough plumbing work in both bathrooms so that the inspector can come Monday to review the work. So fast!
Fingers crossed for this week that Mother Nature is kind to us and holds off on the rain. The team will be removing the old foam roof and demolishing all the electric and water pipes that are currently on the roof.
