Week 18:
While we wait for another GC bid on our project, we’ve taken matters into our own hands and demolished the yard. Literally.
Yard Demo
First up, was to again clear the courtyard of all the demo debris we’ve been collecting for the last month. The Marin Sanitary Debris office knows me by name now.

Then we enlisted the help of Omar, a neighborhood landscaper to help clear out the overgrown trees, the [crazy huge] cactus, and “walls of vines” in the backyard. Not bad for 2 days of work!
